Booking & Check-in Policy

This Policy applies to bookings made through Mahina Homes, operated by MAHINA HOMES LIMITED. All our listings are short-let apartments located within Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. As a hospitality service, there is no physical shipment — this page describes how bookings are confirmed and how access to your apartment works.
1. Booking confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a booking confirmation by email containing your reservation reference, apartment details, and check-in instructions. Confirmations are typically issued within minutes; if you have not received yours within one hour, please check your spam folder or contact us.
2. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM (WAT) on your arrival date. Early check-in may be possible subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM (WAT) on your departure date. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
- A government-issued photo ID will be requested at check-in for security and verification.
- Self check-in instructions (where available) and the concierge contact number are sent the day before your arrival.
3. Service area
Our apartments are located across Lekki, Lagos. Specific addresses are shared after booking confirmation for the privacy and security of guests and residents. Airport pick-up from Murtala Muhammed International Airport (LOS) can be arranged on request — rates depend on time of day and traffic conditions.
4. What’s included
Every Mahina Homes stay includes:
- Fully furnished apartment with linens and towels
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- 24/7 power (inverter and / or generator backup)
- Borehole / treated water
- Standard mid-stay cleaning for stays longer than 7 nights
- 24/7 concierge support via WhatsApp and phone
5. Issues with your booking or stay
If you experience any issue with your booking, the apartment, or any included service, contact us immediately at info@mahinahomesltd.com or on WhatsApp with your booking reference and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all in-stay issues within a few hours.
